My Mission
I care about my clients: I take on limited cases to ensure that I can be fully committed to each case. You will always discuss your case directly with me and you will not be passed to junior associates. I will be fully invested in a successful outcome.
I tell it like it is: I know the intricacies of the law, the penalties, and what you can expect in your case. I lay out all your options so together we can craft a winning strategy. I focus on the bottom line – keeping you out of jail and getting the best possible result.
I have extensive courtroom experience: I have handled thousands of cases ranging from simple misdemeanors to life felonies. I have tried over 300 cases to verdict and have handled countless courtroom hearings. I am an expert at standing up for my clients in a court of law.
I know the system: Over the past 15 years, I have worked in different roles in the legal system as a prosecutor and as a criminal defense lawyer. I understand the complexities of the judicial system and can anticipate how prosecutors, other attorneys, and the courts may think.
I work on your behalf: I have developed strong relationships within the legal community. In a courteous and respectful manner, I am able to work with these individuals to negotiate and fight on your behalf to work toward the best possible result.
